Our Department Held Orientation Training

At the orientation held in class FS201 on 23.09.2024, in the presentation made by Lecturer Musa Suiçer, head of the Tourism and Hotel Management program, and Lecturer Hüsnü Kasar, head of the Culinary Program, the academic and administrative units of the University were presented to the first year students of the Culinary Program, Tourism and Hotel Management Program, Information was given about the following topics, which introduce social, cultural and sports opportunities.
Academic and administrative service buildings and facilities were introduced to the students during the campus tour organized after the presentation.  Topics informed in the presentation:
Vision and mission of the university.
University administration, university and school hierarchy.
General information about university academic and administrative units.
General information about coordination offices, commissions and centers.
Exchange programs.
KARGEM.
SEM and UZEM
Automation (Student Information System).
Eduroam and corporate e-mail address.
Academic calendar.
Library rules, catalog browsing, borrowing and extension.
Student societies.
Dining Hall and RFID.
Use of pool and gym.
Event calendar.
Congress and cultural center, meeting rooms.
Social service buildings (Bazaar, Mosques, Youth Center, Canteens, Stationery, Entrance Doors, Bus Stop and ATM)
