Mehmet Gül, they served the products they prepared within the scope of the ‘Cold Cuisine’ course with natural eggs produced in the farm within our university to our Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alican.
During the visit, students had the opportunity to closely observe the natural production processes and reinforced their culinary knowledge by recognising the source of the material. At the end of the event, while the students were highly appreciated with the products they prepared, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alican also thanked our students and Lecturer Mustafa Alican. Prof. Dr Mustafa Alican congratulated our students and Lecturer. Mehmet Gül and wished them continued success.
It was stated that the event was an important experience for students to put their theoretical knowledge into practice and gain awareness of local production.
