The Culinary Arts Program of the Hotel, Restaurant and Catering Services Department at the Vocational School of Social Sciences came together for a "Pizza Day" event coordinated by Dr. Okan Türk and Lecturer Ezgi Eter.
The event provided an opportunity for first and second-year students to reinforce their theoretical foundations through practical application. Actively participating in the preparation, presentation, and serving of different types of pizza contributed to their professional development and allowed them to gain experience in teamwork, time management, and kitchen assistance.
The event, which was also attended by the Director of the Vocational School of Social Sciences, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Özalper, and department faculty members, offered an enjoyable and productive learning environment. The prepared products were highly appreciated, and the event concluded with a focus on fun.
