Our University Social Sciences Vocational School, Hotel, Restaurant and Catering Services Department Lecturer Mehmet Gül, after completing the basic pastry training, our Rector Prof. Dr. He paid a courtesy visit to Mustafa Alican.
Lecturer provided comprehensive information to our Rector about basic pastry education. See. Mehmet Gül stated that in this training program, the students are taught the basic techniques and methods of pastry art in practice. Stating that hygiene, aesthetics and taste elements are prioritized at every stage of education, Gül emphasized that they aim to increase students' knowledge and skills for the sector. Lecturer See. Gül presented our Rector with a special cake with the inscription "MAUN" on it, which they prepared within the scope of the training program.
Our Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alican expressed his satisfaction with the visit and expressed that he appreciated the work carried out by the Vocational School of Social Sciences to increase the sectoral competencies of the students. Pointing out that applied programs organized in specific professional fields such as pastry education are of great importance in developing students' practical knowledge and skills, our Rector stated that such activities contribute to the university's mission of training a qualified workforce
