Our University Social Sciences Vocational School, Hotel, Restaurant and Catering Services Department Lecturer Mehmet Gül, after completing the basic pastry training, our Rector Prof. Dr. He paid a courtesy visit to Mustafa Alican.
Lecturer provided comprehensive information to our Rector about basic pastry education. See. Mehmet Gül stated that in this training program, the students are taught the basic techniques and methods of pastry art in practice. Stating that hygiene, aesthetics and taste elements are prioritized at every stage of education, Gül emphasized that they aim to increase students' knowledge and skills for the sector. Lecturer See.
