Muş Alparslan University Culinary Program Practice Kitchen hosted an important event for Basic Pastry Training. Social Sciences Vocational School, Hotel, Restaurant and Catering Services Department Lecturer. See. In the training given by Mehmet Gül and Gülbaran Bakery Master Fırat Karadağ, who is an external stakeholder of our department and known for his experience in the sector, students interested in the art of pastry, academicians and participants interested in cake making came together. The training provided participants with valuable information about the basics of cake making. Our external stakeholder Fırat Karadağ emphasized the importance of practical knowledge and skills as well as the artistic aspects of pastry, and showed the participants various cake recipes and making techniques. Karadağ aimed to increase the competencies of the participants in this field by providing training in a wide range from cake dough to decoration.
